{"id":556,"date":"2017-11-20T14:22:33","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T14:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medxelerator.com\/?p=556"},"modified":"2017-11-20T21:01:34","modified_gmt":"2017-11-20T21:01:34","slug":"robothon-innovation-on-its-way","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medxelerator.com\/robothon-innovation-on-its-way\/","title":{"rendered":"Robothon: Innovation on Its Way"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Innovators are concluding the first half of MEDX Xelerator\u2019s second X Challenge \u2013 <em>Robothon: The Medical Device Hackathon<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the first half of the X Challenge, teams began tackling one of the following challenges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevention of occlusion of arteriovenous fistulas and grafts<\/li>\n<li>Microbiome diagnosis along the gut for better diabetes care<\/li>\n<li>Kidney stone removal<\/li>\n<li>IVF &#8211; transferring the embryos to their optimal location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enthusiastic discussions filled the space of MEDX Xelerator\u2019s offices, where each team was brainstorming ideas for solutions.
